- You will receive an electronic gift card to your email on file.
- If you would like to receive a gift certificate to print out to give as a gift please send an email to customerservice@hopeboutiqueapparel.com and I can create a gift certificate for you to print out.
- No additional discounts are permitted on purchasing a gift card. If a discount code is used the gift card order will be cancelled.

All boutique items are typically ready to ship within 3-7 business days excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive tracking via your email that you placed your order with. Preorders and handmade items will list the specific turn around time in each description.
Hope Boutique & Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages by USPS and UPS. Route Shipping protection is offered at checkout and it is an additional insurance on your package at a very low cost.

We have a 7-day refund policy that only pertains to items that are damaged, defective or incorrect, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund/return, all items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be free of stains and smells (makeup, pets, perfume, smoke, etc).
